Details of the event: Spañapalooza is an annual event organized by Hands Across Cultures. The main idea of this event is to create an alcohol and drug free gathering of youths to express themselves. It includes live heavy metal music, poetry slam, a collective graffiti art project, skating and a bazaar area with free food and educational booths. The idea for this annual event came from wanting to increase awareness of other cultures after 9/11. S.E.V.A. participated in this event last year.
